• Master's degree in art therapy
• License from The Ohio CSWMFT Board
• ATR-BC and LPAT credentials or supervision by LPAT if working towards credentials

• Provide art therapy services by credentialed art therapists
• Design, implement and evaluate art therapy services for individuals and groups
• Complete art therapy assessments and activity assessments
• Maintain supplies and handle setup/cleanup for art therapy sessions
• Prepare daily progress notes and document assessments
• Interact with interdisciplinary team to determine patient participation
• Provide in-services and ongoing education for MetroHealth staff
• Monitor supply of art materials and submit lists of needed supplies
• Attend team/staff meetings as determined by MetroHealth management
• Construct adaptive equipment for patients as needed
