• High school diploma or equivalent
• 48 college units or associate's degree or higher
• Knowledge of child development, behavior management, and safety practices
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults

• Provide intersession enrichment programming for TK-6th grade students
• Operate programs for 9 hours daily during 30 intersession days
• Recruit and hire qualified staff to run programs
• Deliver structured enrichment activities in literacy, math, science, art, physical activity, technology
• Maintain safety and supervision of groups of 20-25 children
• Collect attendance records and program quality data
• Collaborate with district staff and site administrators
• Provide professional development for program staff
