Services will be provided at an hourly rate to meet the Information Technology needs of the small-sized city. The selected vendor will be expected to offer a wide range of IT support, including network management, software support, and cybersecurity services.

  • Provide virtual CIO services and perform systems/network assessments
  • Offer 24/7 remote monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain customer service line during business hours
  • Support network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions
  • Perform remote and onsite remediation
  • Provide PC and office technology support
  • Offer software and server support (VM and Physical)
  • Assist with hardware and software sales
  • Provide IT consulting services
  • Implement anti-virus protection and outbreak remediation
  • Manage disaster recovery/backup services including offsite storage
  • Support email systems, including hosting options
  • Host, maintain, and update website
  • Provide hourly comprehensive services for technology equipment maintenance and repair
  • Consult on and perform purchase of new equipment as needed
