Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority
The buyer is seeking qualified professionals to provide various services including auditing, engineering, GIS/asset management, SCADA/instrumentation, legal counsel, and IT support. The buyer requires professionals with a minimum of 5 years experience in their respective fields. Services will be provided for a one-year period from February 2025 to February 2026. The buyer will evaluate proposals based on experience, qualifications, knowledge of the Authority, and ability to perform services in a timely manner.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant field
- Valid New Jersey Professional License/Certification where applicable
- Valid New Jersey Business Registration Certificate
- Perform annual audit and review connection fee analysis
- Attend meetings and provide engineering services for construction/rehabilitation projects
- Evaluate and update GIS program, provide training to personnel
- Maintain SCADA systems and provide IT support services
- Provide legal counsel on municipal utility, public contracts, and labor laws
