The buyer is seeking proposals for Cash Rebate, Fee for Service, and Net Off Invoice pricing for select commodity diverted products. Products must be approved by ODE for commodity processing without a volume commitment for the 2025-26 school year. The purpose is to solicit pricing, evaluate product qualities, and consider submitted information for specified commodity diverted and processed products used by buyer members. Awarded products will be determined and identified by product description, price, and experience testing.

• 1/9/2025 - Questions, Errors, and Clarification submissions due
• 1/14/2025 - Responses to Questions, Errors, and Clarifications
• 1/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/13/2025 - Product Taste Testing at CNPS
• 2/20/2025 - Notice of Intent to Award
• 2/28/2025 - End of RFP Protest period

• Have an active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Be SMQT Certified
• Have CMS Qualifications

• Provide Cash Rebate pricing for commercial products
• Offer Fee for Service pricing for commodity processed items
• Provide Net Off Invoice pricing for commercial products
• Deliver processed commodities to selected distributors or school districts
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports on survey activities
