• Experience planning and implementing out-of-school programs of similar scale
• Experience serving Providence community or similar diverse communities

• Provide full-day summer programming for K-12 students for 5+ weeks
• Partner with Academics department to provide half-day academic support for 4+ weeks
• Use iReady assessments and HQIM curriculum for academic instruction
• Provide college readiness experiences for high school students
• Develop Individual Learning Plans for high school participants
• Conduct pre-, mid-, and end-of-summer program assessments and reporting
• Collaborate with district on data sharing and evaluation
• Implement family engagement and attendance strategies
• Hire certified teachers and provide staff professional development
