The buyer is seeking an experienced parking operator to manage the Automobile Public Parking Lot at B Street Pier Main Cruise Ship Terminal. The operator will be responsible for efficiently and safely managing the Interior/Exterior Parking Lots year-round, including during cruise season operations and special events. The contract will be for a five-year term. The selected operator must provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and administrative support to operate the parking facility.

• Minimum of 15 years experience in Parking Operations for similar size parking facilities

• Manage and operate Interior/Exterior Parking Lots at B Street Pier
• Provide equipment and personnel for parking lot operations
• Prepare detailed operations plan and operating budget
• Collaborate with District to promote parking
• Install pay stations and mobile payment application
• Install required signage and parking lot striping
• Monitor issues and resolve conflicts
• Submit operating statements and remit revenue daily
• Adjust operations for cruise schedule and special events
• Remove graffiti and trash from parking areas daily
