The buyer is seeking proposals for staffing services and payroll services for its Bussey Early Childhood Center. The successful contractor will provide early childhood educational staff, supervisory staff, and administrative staff for the Center. Services include recruitment, hiring, training, payroll, and compliance with applicable regulations. The contract is expected to begin on July 1, 2025 for an initial term with options to extend.

• 1/10/2025 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 1/13/2025 - Deadline for Requests for Clarifications
• 1/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Implementation

• Provide early childhood educational staff for the Center
• Provide supervisory and administrative staff for the Center
• Perform recruitment, screening, hiring, and training of staff
• Provide payroll services for Center staff
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide insurance coverage and background checks for staff
• Offer health insurance to employees as required by ACA
• Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information
• Provide regular invoicing and reporting to the School District
• Participate in periodic evaluations of contract performance
