The buyer is seeking to contract for Consumer Directed Home Care Services under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Community Based Services Program. The contractor will function as a Fiscal Intermediary for Consumer Directed aides, supporting consumers' long-term care needs and preferences. Services include processing payroll, monitoring worker health assessments, maintaining records, and assisting consumers with recruiting and managing Personal Assistants.

• Minimum of 12 months experience providing Fiscal Intermediary services for Consumer Directed Programs

• Process payroll for Personal Assistants including tax withholdings
• Monitor completion of required annual worker health assessments
• Act as employer of record for insurance and benefits
• Maintain personnel records for Personal Assistants
• Monitor consumer's ability to fulfill responsibilities
• Assist consumers with recruitment and service coverage referrals
• Ensure Personal Assistants complete and submit aide activity sheets
• Participate in on-site monitoring visits by DCOFA
• Establish policies for data collection and statistical reporting
• Conduct client satisfaction surveys
