Buyer seeks a contractor to provide technical assistance to local education agencies participating in the Afghan Refugee School Impact: Support to Schools Initiative. The contractor will organize convenings, connect districts with community organizations, conduct site visits, and collect information from LEAs. They will also be responsible for writing and submitting semi-annual federal reports as required by the Office of Refugee Resettlement. The contract period is from March 2025 to September 2026.

• 1/24/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/1/2025 - Estimated Contract Period Start

• Licensed to do business in Washington State
• Three or more years experience supporting LEAs in Washington on refugee student services
• Three or more years experience managing federal reporting for Office of Refugee Resettlement programs

• Provide technical assistance to participating local education agencies
• Organize convenings for districts
• Connect districts with local community-based organizations
• Conduct monitoring site visits
• Collect required programmatic information from LEAs
• Write and submit semi-annual federal reports
• Complete ORR-6 Schedule A and Schedule D reports
• Complete ORR-5 Report
• Conduct orientation for districts on program goals and requirements
• Facilitate training on refugee support services
