Buyer seeks to invest in community-based organizations providing behavioral health services. Funds will support system transformation, workforce support, infrastructure improvements, transportation, and health equity initiatives. Bidders may propose projects in up to two categories to enhance service delivery for clients with complex behavioral health needs. Funding is for FY 2025-26 only and may not be used for ongoing costs.

- Fund staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities including bonuses
- Fund computer systems, software, hardware, or facility renovations
- Fund replacement, new, or repair of vehicles for transportation support
- Support health equity through trainings, capacity building, and culturally tailored services
