The buyer is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide an Information Technology Strategy Evaluation. The successful proposer will assist the buyer in developing the ITSE to optimize IT operations. The buyer's organizational priorities include increasing productivity, decreasing operational costs, improving customer experience, enhancing data management, reporting, and improving the efficiency and security of IT operations. The project aims to benefit the buyer and their customers through strategic IT improvements.

• Develop an Information Technology Strategy Evaluation (ITSE)
• Identify optimizations in IT operations to benefit NYSBA and customers

• Analyze current IT infrastructure and systems
• Provide recommendations for technology upgrades or replacements
