• Hold or acquire a valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet services at 1Gbps or higher
• Include electronic equipment for internet access and circuit monitoring
• Deliver service to San Jacinto Valley Academy office
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide necessary physical connection from respondent to owner
• Allow all TCP/IP protocols and specified layer protocols
• Provide (5+) static IP addresses
• Offer pricing for asymmetrical and symmetrical service
• Include costs for switching services from current provider
• Maintain valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN)
