Buyer seeks proposals for 10GB or higher internet service provider services. The service will connect all schools to the internet via the district office. Provider must supply necessary equipment, maintain connections to Tier 1 providers, and offer 24/7/365 access. The contract is for three years with two optional one-year extensions, starting July 1, 2025. E-Rate program funding is required for this project.

• Licensed to perform work in California
• Hold valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide 10GB or higher internet service to district office
• Connect all schools within district to internet via district office
• Maintain electronic equipment for internet access and circuit monitoring
• Provide 24/7/365 internet access
• Route all TCP/IP data traffic from district network to internet
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide physical connection from provider to district, including construction costs
• Deliver Ethernet/Single Mode Fiber connection to demarcation point
• Allow all TCP/IP protocols and specified layer 1-3 protocols
• Provide 29 IP address block
