• 1/13/2025 - State Response to Written Questions & Comments
• 1/27/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/10/2025 - Respondent Field Test

• Successfully completed at least one large scale design, development, and implementation project for a single source WIOA Title II Solution
• Project must be comparable in size and complexity, completed in similar timeframe, and fully operational in last 12 months
• Respondent must have served as prime contractor on the project

• Design, develop, and implement a modern management information system
• Manage, record, report and serve individuals in Adult Education programs
• Provide enhanced security, data recording, and reporting capabilities
• Ensure compliance with WIOA Title II requirements
• Modernize service delivery for state and federal Adult Education programs
• Implement user accessibility features compliant with Section 508
• Develop custom, ad-hoc, and query reports for state reporting needs
• Create functionality for student registration and class attendance tracking
• Enable data matching and import from multiple outside sources
• Provide training and support for end-users of the system
