The buyer seeks to expand access to Partial Hospitalization Programs for children with serious emotional disturbance across New York State. The buyer will award contracts to providers to establish and operate these intensive outpatient mental health programs. Providers will collaborate with local systems of care and implement evidence-based practices to serve children ages 5-18. The programs aim to reduce symptoms, improve functioning, and provide an alternative to inpatient hospitalization.

• Establish Partial Hospitalization Program for Children
• Provide intensive outpatient mental health services
• Collaborate with local school districts
• Provide 24/7 crisis response
• Implement evidence-based practices for children and families
• Develop admission referral and linkage agreements
• Ensure continuity of care within mental health system
• Provide family therapy and trauma-informed care
• Conduct utilization review and quality improvement
• Submit required data and reports to OMH
