• Experience in actuarial valuations, audits, or studies of public employee OPEB plans
• Lead actuary must be Fellow of Society of Actuaries with 5 years public pension consulting experience

• Conduct actuarial audit of State Retiree Health Insurance Program
• Conduct actuarial audit of Retiree Life Insurance Program
• Conduct actuarial audit of Supplemental Health Insurance Conversion Credit Program
• Assess consulting actuary's actuarial valuations
• Verify calculations meet GASB Statement 74 and 75 requirements
