• Ability to provide 24/7 customer support with 1-hour response time

• Integrate EDI solution with existing Infor Lawson ERP system
• Implement inbound and outbound EDI transactions for POs, acknowledgements, invoices, and ASNs
• Provide data validation, error handling, and exception reporting tools
• Develop customizable dashboard for real-time EDI transaction status tracking
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and New York State security standards
• Integrate with supplier data feeds including GHX platform
• Deliver scalable solution to accommodate future growth and increased transaction volume
