• In continuous operation for at least past five years providing Mass Notification Systems
• Successfully implemented Mass Notification System with at least five million subscribers
• Mass Notification System must be FedRamp authorized
• Mass Notification System must comply with ADA Title II and Section 508 WCAG 2.2

• Implement vendor hosted web-based public and private statewide Mass Notification System
• Migrate existing NY Alert Subscriber Data into new system
• Recreate and redesign current web portals
• Develop existing APIs to maintain current functionality
• Expand NY Alert program services and increase Subscriber base
• Provide ongoing system hosting, support, and maintenance
