NY Alert Mass Notification System

The buyer aims to expand services and increase the subscriber base to approximately 10 million over five years. The solution must integrate with existing applications and meet stringent security and availability requirements.

- Registered with NYS Department of State to conduct business in New York State
- In continuous operation for at least past five years providing Mass Notification Systems
- Successfully implemented a Mass Notification System with at least 5 million subscribers
- Mass Notification System must be FedRamp authorized
- System must comply with Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508 WCAG 2.2
- Implement vendor hosted web-based public and private statewide Mass Notification System
- Migrate existing NY Alert Subscriber Data to new system
- Recreate and redesign current MNS system web portals
- Develop existing APIs to maintain current functionality
- Expand NY Alert program services and increase Subscriber base
- Provide 24/7/365 performance and capacity monitoring
- Implement secure development, configuration and lifecycle practices
- Provide technical support and help desk services
- Conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability scanning
- Ensure system availability of 99.982% uptime per month
