• Bachelor's degree (unrelated field outside human services considered)
• At least one year experience in compliance, auditing, quality control/assurance, or grant management

• Navigate health records independently to assess quantity and quality of entries
• Assist in developing corrective action plans
• Establish standardized compliance protocols
• Monitor and enter data for Core Assessment battery
• Complete client chart audits using Excel template
• Conduct monthly training sessions with staff members
• Support fidelity reviews of records
• Provide feedback and recommendations on documentation improvement
• Maintain records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Submit monthly statistical reports to program administrator
