The contractor will provide physical and online textbook services, sell course materials and OCCC merchandise, and implement digital delivery systems. • Provide graduation regalia sales/rental services
• Implement point-of-sale and inventory management systems
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities
• Provide detailed financial reporting to OCCC
