• Must be alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchange program
• At least two exchange alumni team members required
• One alumni must be designated as team lead

• Build or expand alumni network for regional/global collaboration
• Strengthen relationship between alumni and U.S. government
• Support alumni leadership development
• Implement community projects
