The buyer is seeking to prequalify vendors for geotechnical engineering, materials testing, and third-party inspection services. The scope includes geotechnical analysis, materials testing of soil, concrete, masonry, asphalt and steel, and various construction inspections. The buyer requires vendors to be certified by the Colorado Department of Public Safety and have experience working in occupied learning environments. This RFQ is to establish a list of prequalified vendors for future projects.

• 1/29/2025 - Addendum Issued
• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be in business under same name in Colorado for minimum 3 consecutive years
• Must have Certificate of Good Standing from CO Secretary of State
• Must be licensed in cities/counties where District operates

• Perform soil boring and analyze soils in new construction areas
• Provide geotechnical report with subsurface exploration findings and recommendations
• Conduct materials testing including soil, concrete, masonry, asphalt, and structural steel
• Perform third-party inspections certified by Colorado Department of Public Safety
• Conduct weld inspections by certified welding inspector
• Sign CDPS-DFPC Permit and Inspection Record
