• Provide Sprinklr Managed Services for DMV's social media channels
• Perform customization, integration, and testing of Sprinklr platform
• Provide ongoing maintenance of Sprinklr platform
• Support internal system administrator with day-to-day optimization
• Deliver services within 10 business days of contract award
