The contractor will provide technical knowledge to support programming for custom tools, resource development, documentation creation, and installation packages for Civil 3D. Services include project management, software development, testing, and ensuring all functional and technical requirements are met. The work will be performed for the Office of Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and Engineering Geographic Information System (GIS) Support.

• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/18/2025 - Cost Opening
• 2/19/2025 - Posting of Notice of Intent to Award
• 3/1/2025 - Proposed Agreement Award Date

• Services must be managed by a licensed Civil Engineer within the United States
• Contract Manager must have 3 years experience working as CM on IT service contracts
• Project Manager must be a licensed Civil Engineer with 2 years PM experience on IT projects
• Application Developer & Programmer must have 5 years experience with Civil 3D programming and development

• Provide Civil 3D programming and support services
• Develop custom tools for Civil 3D
• Create resource development and documentation
• Develop installation packages for Civil 3D
• Provide technical knowledge and support
