The buyer is seeking multiple contractors to supply a wide array of promotional items for internal and external marketing outreach. The buyer uses promotional items to educate members and for community events. Contractors must demonstrate a broad range of products and capacity to process orders timely. Products may be ordered in any quantities with no minimum order requirements. The buyer is under no obligation to purchase any specific products.

• 1/22/2025 - Deadline for Questions, Comments & Contract Exceptions
• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 3/3/2025 - Interviews/Presentations
• 4/11/2025 - Vendor Selection (Tentative)

• Contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing promotional items

• Supply wide array of promotional items for internal and external marketing outreach
• Produce single and multi-color imprinted items
• Provide product and artwork samples when requested
• Offer culturally diverse promotional items for specific target audiences
• Provide showroom with samples or ability to provide samples
• Offer engraving of signs, trophies and plaques
• Produce various types of signs including vinyl, banners and magnetic signs
• Provide embroidery for shirts, jackets, hats and bags
• Create artwork such as graphics and logos if requested
• Deliver orders in a timely fashion
