The buyer is seeking a consultant to provide transportation engineering and planning services for the N. Main Street/BR 23 Corridor. The study will evaluate opportunities to support increased land use density, increase mobility options, improve safety, and create a gateway to downtown. The consultant will assess existing conditions, engage the public, collect data, develop design alternatives, and evaluate future land use impacts.
