The buyer is seeking one or more professional surveying consulting firms to provide varying surveying services on an as-needed basis. The services are required for the Engineering Division's review functions, program implementation, infrastructure projects, and other engineering duties. The contract period covers FY 2025 through FY 2027, with a possible extension. The buyer requires comprehensive surveying capabilities including topographical surveys, utility mapping, and AutoCAD drawing preparation.

• 1/23/2025 - RFP Issuance
• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/18/2025 - City Council Approval

• Perform topographical surveys including sidewalks, curbs, roads, and utilities
• Locate and document existing features in right-of-way
• Set temporary horizontal and vertical control for street improvements
• Provide elevations for ADA compliant ramp design
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings using city standards
• Conduct drainage structure condition assessments
• Mark utilities including water, gas, storm and sanitary sewer
• Extend surveys minimum 200 feet down side streets
• Document invert elevations of pipes in catch basins and manholes
• Provide separate fee schedules for FY 2025, 2026, and 2027
