The buyer seeks a contractor to construct three new CMU park signs at various locations in John Hunt Park. The project includes restoration of a Hermes missile, concrete flatwork, landscaping, and irrigation work. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction including electrical work, permitting, and coordination with the project architect and engineer. The buyer requires the contractor to be licensed and bonded.

• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be a qualified General Contractor licensed by the State Licensing Board of General Contractors of Alabama
• Must be able to provide bid bond of 5% of bid amount
• Must be able to provide performance and payment bonds if awarded contract

• Construct three new CMU park signs
• Restore Hermes missile
• Install concrete flatwork
• Perform landscaping and irrigation work
• Provide electrical work for sign lighting
• Create and submit as-built drawings
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses
