The buyer is seeking to prequalify plumbing contractors for participation in the Septic Local Partner Program. The program will provide cost-share assistance to property owners to convert septic systems to public sewer connections. Prequalified contractors will receive Requests for Quotes for individual projects. Work includes decommissioning existing septic systems and installing new sewer connections to the public system.

• Possess active Virginia Contractor's License
• Not listed on federal Excluded Parties List
• Provide references for 5 similar projects completed in last 3 years

• Conduct site assessment of existing septic system
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Decommission existing septic system
• Install new sewer lateral connection to public sewer
• Install grinder pump system if required
• Connect to public sewer at City right-of-way
• Restore site to original condition
• Submit as-built drawings and final documentation
