The buyer is seeking qualifications for civil engineering services to establish a list of up to six consultants. These consultants will provide services for various Capital Improvement Projects throughout the year. Services will be provided on an on-call basis for locally funded projects and through mini-proposals for state and federally funded projects. The contract may be renewed annually for up to five years. The buyer aims to ensure efficient project completion and maintain effective working relationships with selected consultants.

• Must be registered with California Department of Industrial Relations
• Must have a licensed Civil Engineer on staff
• Must possess valid Department of Industrial Relations registration number
• Must have adequate financial management and accounting systems

• Provide civil engineering services for various Capital Improvement Projects
• Perform on-call as-needed services for locally funded projects
• Submit mini-proposals for state and federally funded projects
• Design street improvements, roundabouts, and railroad crossings
• Design sanitary sewer, storm drain, and utility infrastructure
• Provide traffic signal, street light, and fiber optic infrastructure design
• Design bridges, culverts, and irrigation district structures
• Perform land surveying and topographic services
• Conduct environmental assessments and determinations (NEPA and CEQA)
• Assist with bidding, construction administration, and project management
