• Plan, direct, and review work of staff with customer and system support responsibilities

• Capture detailed requirements for blueprinting and solution design
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in configuration and production support for SAP modules
• Write specification documents and create work instructions
• Perform system enhancements and quality assurance testing
• Configure and support SAP HRIS modules
• Configure and support SAP finance and accounting modules
• Administer security for accounting and human resource management systems
