The contractor must provide a fully functional Disaster Recovery Facility capable of restoring all data processing services within 24 hours. • Possess or have immediate access to a Disaster Recovery Facility (Hot Site)
• Ability to provide mainframe disaster recovery services in event of regional disaster
• Facility must be able to serve multiple customers simultaneously

• Provide a fully functional Disaster Recovery Facility (Hot Site)
• Conduct twice-yearly disaster recovery testing
• Restore data processing services within 24 hours of disaster notification
• Perform system restoration from encrypted tapes using SKLM Encryption server
• Provide secure portal for sharing documentation and configurations
• Supply personnel to support disaster recovery testing and operations
• Maintain network connectivity and equipment for disaster recovery
• Implement and maintain security safeguards and controls
• Notify Department of any security incidents or data breaches
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and security policies
