The buyer is seeking proposals for internet service provider services. The buyer requires a minimum of 300Mbps bandwidth with 24/7/365 availability. • Hold a valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet service with minimum 300Mbps bandwidth
• Install and maintain necessary equipment for internet access
• Ensure 24/7/365 internet availability
• Route all TCP/IP data traffic from Owner's network to internet
• Maintain connections to multiple Tier 1 internet providers
• Provide physical connection from Respondent to Owner
• Deliver service to specified point-of-demarcation
• Offer full duplex operation (bi-directional connection)
• Support all TCP/IP protocols and specified layer protocols
• Provide pricing for asymmetrical and symmetrical services
