Hickman Community Charter District

The buyer is seeking proposals for internet service provider services. The service should provide a minimum of 100Mbps bandwidth with 24/7 availability. The provider must install and maintain all necessary equipment. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions. The service must comply with E-Rate program requirements and include options for future bandwidth upgrades.

• Licensed to perform work in California
• Hold a valid SPIN and be in good standing with FCC/USAC
• Successfully performed one project of similar character and scope

• Provide internet service with minimum 100Mbps bandwidth
• Install and maintain necessary equipment for internet access
• Ensure 24/7/365 internet availability
• Route all TCP/IP data traffic to the internet
• Provide physical connection from provider to owner's network
• Deliver service to specified point-of-demarcation
• Offer full duplex operation
• Allow all TCP/IP and specified network protocols
• Provide asymmetrical service option
• Include growth clause for potential bandwidth upgrades
