• Perform work according to drawings, specifications, and Work Write-Up
• Obtain necessary licenses and permits
• Comply with local building codes and requirements
• Maintain clean and orderly work site
• Provide warranties and guarantees for materials and equipment
• Arrange for required inspections
• Complete work within 60 calendar days of Notice to Proceed
