Housing Authority of the City of Passaic

The buyer is seeking a qualified firm to maintain their existing network infrastructure, provide application, software, and hardware support, and assist with all technology needs. The scope includes server/network maintenance, workstation support, printer maintenance, and telephone support. The buyer manages six housing properties throughout the City of Passaic with administrative offices and remote locations.

• Must be Microsoft Certified I.T. Professional (MCITP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• TenMast experience is a plus

• Provide daily online real-time monitoring of critical functions
• Perform data backup across all servers and applications
• Provide on-site technical support for server applications
• Maximize system reliability through routine maintenance and security updates
• Provide hardware support for three-blade servers
• Manage network resources and security permissions
• Implement and monitor backup program
• Configure switches and routers to satisfy business needs
• Provide workstation maintenance and support for approximately 50 workstations
• Implement patch management program for agency computers
