• Vendor must participate in the E-Rate program
• Provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN)
• Provide a Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN)
• Be included on the district's Approved Contractors List
• Complete and submit a prequalification questionnaire

• Provide wide area network digital transmission services
• Install and maintain high-speed data infrastructure
• Offer 2, 5, and 10 Gigabit connection options
• Ensure network availability of at least 99.5% per month
• Monitor telecommunication services 24/7/365
• Provide immediate notification of service outages
• Implement a transition plan for new carrier cutover
• Comply with E-Rate program requirements
• Retain all records for at least 10 years
• Offer options for growth and removal of sites
