Services include local, state, and national advertising and marketing across various mediums. The contract will be utilized by multiple agencies within the buyer's organization. Buyer will award services through a Task Order process using their e-procurement platform.

• Develop advertising campaigns across various mediums including print, digital, and broadcast
• Create and manage social media marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance
• Design and produce visual assets for marketing materials
• Plan and execute multichannel marketing initiatives
• Manage search engine optimization and paid search campaigns
• Develop brand identity and messaging strategies
• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
• Produce video and animation content for advertising
• Coordinate outdoor and transit advertising placements
