The buyer is seeking professional services to provide roofing investigation, design and engineering services for multiple construction projects. The contract will be for a period of four years. Selected firms will perform services as requested for various roofing projects during the agreement period. The scope of work for each project will be determined by the buyer's procedure manual.
- 1/21/2025 - Pre-Proposal Conference
- 1/24/2025 - Questions Due
- 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- Have a minimum of two principals
- Have a Maryland resident agent or Maryland representation
- Prepare roof investigation reports
- Prepare construction documents for bidding
- Provide construction phase services
- Perform roofing investigation, design and engineering services
- Rotate work assignments among selected firms
