The buyer seeks an Architect/Engineering team to provide design services for assessing existing boilers and tunnels, and designing new boilers at the Southeastern Correctional Institution in Lancaster, Ohio. The project includes assessment of existing boilers, design of supplemental support, modification of plant control systems, and tunnel assessment. The facility houses approximately 2,000 inmates and has buildings over 150 years old.

• 6/25/2025 - Professional Services Start
• 2/1/2026 - Construction Notice to Proceed
• 2/1/2027 - Substantial Completion of all Work
• 4/1/2027 - Professional Services Completed

• Assess existing boilers and their capacity to maintain functionality
• Design supplemental support for additional boiler
• Modify or upgrade plant control systems
• Conduct full plant and piping assessment related to MEP function
• Perform tunnel assessment for structural and functional aspects
• Develop Program of Requirements if not provided
• Provide Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document Preparation
• Offer Bid and Award Support and Conformed Documents
• Conduct Construction Administration and Post-Construction services
• Provide on-site construction administration services weekly
