UHDS Dining Support Facility Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) Services

Buyer is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for construction of a new Dining Support Facility. The facility will be approximately 20,000 to 30,000 square feet and support 35 FTE. It will provide a commissary kitchen and consolidated bakery operation for University Housing & Dining Services. The project includes pre-construction services as well as construction and construction management services. Buyer intends to have the facility operational by spring 2027.

- Must be registered and licensed with Oregon Construction Contractors Board
- Must have required public works bond on file with Construction Contractors Board
- Provide pre-construction services including cost estimating and constructability reviews
- Collaborate with OSU and design team during building and site design
- Develop construction schedule to meet project completion goals
- Participate in programming/conceptual design effort
- Provide construction and construction management services
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction processes
- Advise on building systems, construction methods, and value engineering
- Aid in procuring long lead equipment and materials
- Manage site logistics and safety during construction
- Comply with OSU Design and Construction Standards
