Buyer is seeking a software application to integrate with its MyRide mobile ticketing app. The application will provide public awareness and community engagement for transit security. It will allow customers to report incidents or request help directly through their electronic ticket. The system will include features for incident submission, management, reporting, and communication between dispatchers and users.
- 1/16/2025 - Pre-proposal briefing
- 1/23/2025 - Inquiry Period ends
- 1/31/2025 - RTD sends responses to inquiries
- 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- 2/24/2025 - Oral presentations (if necessary)
- 3/24/2025 - Anticipated final selection
- Contractor's representative must have completed at least five successful U.S. public transit prior installations of the software
- Integrate software application with RTD's MyRide mobile ticketing app
- Develop feature for reporting incidents/requesting help within electronic ticket
- Create dashboard for displaying and managing submitted reports/incidents
- Implement chat functionality for communication between dispatchers and users
- Enable automatic creation of cases in CAD system from reported incidents
- Generate various reports on incidents, trends, and app usage
- Provide web-based reporting option without app download
- Set up different user roles and profiles (admin, dispatcher, etc.)
- Integrate with existing CAD/RMS processes and databases
- Develop training program and materials for RTD personnel
