• Develop training plan for installers, inspectors and jurisdiction staff
• Train installers, inspectors and jurisdiction staff on SolarAPP+

• Register with SolarAPP+ and configure permitting system
• Create SolarAPP+ landing page on jurisdiction website
• Draft and distribute press releases and media about SolarAPP+ adoption
• Demonstrate progress toward adopting SolarAPP+ by June 30, 2025
