Services include routine maintenance, handling outages, repairing damaged fiber, and processing Miss Dig tickets. The contract will be for one year with the option for multi-year agreements. • Have an E-Rate SPIN number
• Provide at least four references, one being a school or school district

• Provide routine maintenance and inspections of fiber optic network
• Handle unscheduled outages and customer problem reports
• Repair and/or replace damaged fiber
• Process Miss Dig tickets and provide locating services
• Respond to emergency service calls
