Buyer seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide property management and commercial brokerage services for approximately 16,600 SF of commercial space within downtown Boulder. The spaces managed include a mix of commercial (retail and office) and storage spaces. Buyer intends to issue a contract for one year with the option of up to four annual renewals upon mutual agreement of the parties.

• Coordinate repairs and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety programs
• Manage capital improvement projects
• Implement energy-saving measures and sustainable practices
• Provide commercial brokerage services including leasing vacant spaces
• Conduct market research and develop pricing strategies
