The buyer seeks construction engineering and inspection services for the North Richard Jackson Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project, Phase 2. The project includes constructing a roundabout, creating a northbound left turn lane, and eliminating cross movements at Market Street. The successful consultant will provide independent CEI services for a Florida Department of Transportation funded Local Agency Program Project. The consultant will be responsible for administering, monitoring, and inspecting the construction contract to ensure conformity with plans and specifications.

- CEI Senior Project Engineer must have Civil Engineering degree and PE registration
- CEI Project Administrator must have Civil Engineering degree or 8 years related experience
- Provide construction engineering and inspection services
- Monitor contractor's on-site construction activities
- Inspect materials entering into the work
- Maintain detailed records of contractor's daily operations
- Prepare and distribute preconstruction conference minutes
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare minutes
- Review and approve shop drawings
- Perform sampling and testing of materials
- Document and confirm quantities for monthly progress payments
- Prepare final reports and project records
