Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide on-call technical support and development of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. The scope includes developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Copilot Studio chatbots, Power BI analytics, and modern SharePoint sites. Buyer will select up to three consultant teams for on-call contracts. The performance period is expected to be three years with an option to extend for two additional years.

- Create standards for nomenclature, structure, and design
- Develop Power Apps for web and mobile applications
- Implement Power Automate for process automation
- Create Copilot Studio chatbots and conversational agents
- Develop Power BI data analytics and reporting solutions
- Design modern SharePoint sites
- Provide thorough documentation of project requirements and implementation
- Attend and lead meetings with SDOT project teams
