• Conduct comprehensive accessibility audit of websites and mobile applications
• Identify non-compliance areas with WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines
• Develop actionable recommendations for resolving accessibility issues
• Perform remediation measures on City website and others if necessary
• Provide training to staff on accessibility best practices
• Re-assess websites and mobile applications post-remediation
• Provide certification or validation of compliance
• Develop remediation plan in collaboration with IT Department
• Create detailed report outlining accessibility gaps and prioritizing issues
• Conduct training sessions on maintaining ongoing compliance
